TOUR: SPRING TRUJILLO

Trujillo is known as the "City of Eternal Spring", "National Marinera Capital" and "Culture Capital of Peru", and is close to two major archaeological sites of pre-Columbian monuments: Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in the ancient world, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986; and the temples of the Sun (the largest adobe pyramid in Peru) and Moon. You will be lucky to know those spectacular places with us!!!.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO TRUJILLO
 Upon arrival to Trujillo, transfer to the selected hotel. Overnight in Trujillo.
DAY 2: CITY TOUR / CHAN CHAN / HUANCHACO
 After breakfast, we will begin the City Tour to know the colonial large houses such as Mayorazgo de Faralá, Mariscal de Orbegozo, Emancipation house, the Iturregui palace, la Caja de Agua de la Plazoleta, the Casinelli museum, The Main square, Plazoleta del Recreo and the Cathedral Museum. We will visit also the Moche countryside, the DragonHuaca, Chan Chan( the greatest mud city of America) and finally the beautiful “Sun and Moon Huaca”, located 8 kilometers from Trujillo. The Sun Pyramid has approximately 20 meters of height and was constructed in just 3 days using 250,000 men and 70 million of adobe bricks. On the other side, the Moon Pyramid is composed by superimposed temples according to different stages of the mochicas. The archeologists have discovered a tomb with more than 40 sacrificed soldiers.
Continuing with our tour we will visit Huanchaco beach, where we will appreciate the artisan fishermen and their singular boats “Caballitos de Totora”.
At the end of the tour we will be transferred to the airport to come back to Lima
