PERU TOUR: LIMA, CUSCO AND INCA TRAIL
8 days / 7 nigths

DAY 1: ARRIVE LIMA
Reception and transfer to the selected hotel in Lima. Overnight in LIMA.

DAY 2: CUSCO / CITY TOUR
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the domestic flight to Cusco.
Reception at the airport and transfer at the select hotel.
PM: City Tour. We will visit The main square, The Cathedral; Temple of Koricancha or Temple of the Sun. Then, we will visit The Fortress of Sacsayhuaman and Kenko a ceremonial center worshipping the Pachamama, Tambomachay or The Inca Bath, built to worship the element of Water and Puca Pucara or "Red Fort". Return to the hotel. Overnight in CUSCO.

DAY 3: CUSCO / SACRED VALLES OF THE INCAS
AM. Full day excursion to the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", We will have the opportunity to appreciate the typical Indian Market of Pisac, it is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Lunch in a local countryside restaurant. Then, we will visit the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to this part of the Valley. Finally visit the Village of Chincheros. Return to the city. Overnight in CUSCO.

DAY 4: CUSCO – KM 82 – WAYLLABAMBA ( 06 walking hours)
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to take the bus to the (Km 82) for beginning the Inka Trail. After we pass the checkpoint we’ll walk until we arrive to Llactapata, which is one of the biggest Inca remains . Here we’ll get our lunch. In the afternoon we continue our walk towards the first campsite Wayllabamba.

DAY 5: WAYLLABAMBA – PACAYMAYU ( 07 walking hours aprox.)
After a delicious breakfast we’ll continue our journey towards the highest point in the Inca trail, Warmiwańusca Pass (at 4200 masl). We’ll get our lunch with this beautiful background of mountains. After lunch we we’ll continue the way down to Pacaymayu which is our second campsite.

DAY 6: PACAYMAYU – WIŃAYWAYNA ( 8 walking hours aprox.)
After breakfast we’ll ascend to the second highest point , Runkurakay Pass (3850 masl)., then we will go down to the next Inca remain, Sayacmarca, we’ll get our lunch at this spot. In the afternoon well continue walk to arrive in Phuyupatamarca and after a short walk we’ll be arriving to our last campsite Wińaywayna.

DAY 7: WIŃAYWAYNA – MACHUPICCHU (02 walking hours aprox.)
Very early in the morning after the breakfast we’ll start walking towards the sun gate (Intipunku) from this place we’ll have the first visual contact with Machupicchu. From this point we will start to descend until arrive in Machupicchu. Upon arrival we’ll have a guided tour in this impressive Inca city.
In the afternoon we’ll take the train back to Cusco. Overnight in CUSCO.

DAY 8: CUSCO / LIMA
After breakfast transfer and assistance at the airport to come back Lima.
Upon your arrival to Lima, we will beginning the city tour in Lima.
We will visit the most important places such as: The Greater Seat, the Cathedral and the Archbishopric, the Palace of Government, the Municipality of Lima, the railway station, we will visit the monumental set of San Francisco, where we will be able to visit its cloister, catacombs and their religious museum. We will continue the visit by the residential zones of Lima contemporary until arriving at the district of Miraflores from where we will be able to have a spectacular Vista of the Pacific Ocean and its Beaches.
Lunch by your own.
PM. Transfer from the restaurant to the International Airport Jorge Chavez.
